Probatol BG3 is a water-free product, made up of 100% active ingredients, including around 1% enzymatic confit on a vegetable base, all in a mineral matrix.

Probatol BG3 is an enzymatic confit for all leathers (sheep, goats, cattle) for all uses (footwear, leather goods, glove-making). Probatol BG3 is particularly effective on calves and cows.
Mixing is carried out after correct deliming and is designed to :
– Complete deliming
– Ensuring the removal of the flower by whitening the skins.
Enzymatic action is optimal at pH 8 (350 to 450 LVU/g). It is therefore important to set a pH of between 7.8 and 8.
The optimum temperature is 37°C.
The duration of the operation varies between 30 minutes and 5 hours, depending on the operating conditions.
The optimum use rate is 0.6% of tripe weight.
Do not store for longer than 12 months.

Nutrex 31 is a clear, yellow liquid that is insoluble in water.
Maximum acid value: 2 mg KOH/g; saponification value between 180 and 200 mg KOH/g.
Dry extract: Approximately 100%.
Nutrex 31 is suitable in all cases where beef foot oil is used for food, and in particular for box calf, kid, velvet skins and reptile skins.
Nutrex 31 has well-defined and consistent characteristics compared to current commercial beef foot oils. It has a high lubricating and nourishing power and suppresses regrowth caused by food. It can be emulsified with sulphonated oil.
Nutrex 31 can be used pure or added to other food oils. It emulsifies easily in hot water with sulphonated oils.

Nutrex 2020 S is a dark brown liquid that forms an opalescent emulsion with 10% distilled water, specially formulated from non-oxidisable synthetic and sulphited natural oils and nourishing surfactants. Nutrex 2020 S contains 73% active ingredients.
Nutrex 2020 S is recommended for feeding glove and garment skins, vegetable-tanned leathers and all chrome- or vegetable-tanned skins where a light colour and good suppleness are required.
Nutrex 2020 S has excellent nourishing and filling properties. Made from sulphited marine oils with a low iodine index and natural and synthetic virgin oils, it has low oxidability. The fineness of the Nutrex 2020 S emulsion ensures excellent food penetration, even at cold temperatures (30/35°C). Deodorised, it is ideal for clothing and upholstery leathers. It effectively improves tear resistance. It can also be used in both tanning and retanning baths, thanks to its stability.
Can be applied cold (30/35°C) or hot (70°C) when feeding chrome-tanned leather.
Nutrex 2020 S can be added to pure oils and sulphonated oils to make them emulsifiable.
If a higher emulsifying power is required, use Nutrex JD 2000 S for its more powerful emulsifying power.
Concentrations of use :
- Pre-feed in tanning bath: 0.5 to 1% of the weight of the pickled hides.
- Pre-feed in retanning bath: 1 to 1.5% of the weight of the hides.
- Feed for clothing and furnishings: 7 to 8% of the weight of shaved hides.

A speciality produced by the sulphitation of vegetable oils and edible tallow adjusted to 50% fat content. Nutrex 2055 S comes in the form of a soft, creamy-beige paste, soluble in hot water and producing milky fat emulsions that are more or less neutral (pH 7.5 to 9). Nutrex 2055 S contains 51% active ingredients.
Nutrex 2055 S is used to tallow heavy vegetable-tanned leather, saddlery leather and leather for belts. It is also used as an adjunct to sulphonated oils for emulsion feeding of welt or travel leathers. It is also used in emulsion form to feed chrome-tanned industrial leathers containing a high proportion of tallow. When added to oxidised oils, Nutrex 2055 S improves penetration and makes it more even without changing the consistency. It provides maximum lubrication without loss of strength or greasiness. It ensures excellent emulsion stability, preventing any risk of greasy deposits, mottling or staining.
Nutrex 2055 S emulsifies easily in hot water. Its concentration varies widely, depending on the desired effect, but is generally between 5 and 8% of the weight of the scratched skins.
To incorporate it into fats, oxidised oils and sulphonated oils, melt or heat the product to be mixed to around 60/70°C. Gradually add Nutrex 2055 S until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the required amount of hot water while stirring.

Specially selected, highly concentrated surfactant with more than 80% active ingredients. Nutrex F1400 is a clear, colourless to pale yellow liquid at 20°C.
Nutrex F1400 is suitable for all tannery and leatherwork applications requiring the use of a wetting agent, detergent or degreasing aid. It is stable in aqueous media at all pH levels.
Nutrex F1400 is used :
– Re-greasing: from 0.4 to 1 g/l in relation to the re-greasing bath.
– Solvent-free degreasing of pickled hides: depends on the fat content of the hides, their nature, the pickling method and the storage time. It is between 2 and 6% of the pickled hide weight.

A speciality produced by sulphiting vegetable oils, edible tallow and fish oil with a fat content of over 80%. Nutrex 114 comes in the form of a soft, homogeneous, brown paste, producing milky fat emulsions that are more or less neutral (pH of 7.5 to 9).
Nutrex 114 is used for oiling vegetable-tanned or combination-tanned leather.
In addition to sulphonated oils, Nutrex 114 can be used to feed leathers and skins in emulsion form where an improvement in fullness is required. It is suitable for fine leather uppers and all applications of synthetic rubble stone.
Nutrex 114 has many advantages:
– Contains a high fat percentage
– Enables leathers with a light, uniform colour to be obtained
– Gives the leather good waterproofing properties and a soft feel
– Improves the physical resistance coefficients of leathers
– Is easy and economical to use
– Is of medium consistency and can be used as is in most cases.
Nutrex 114 is insoluble in water, but can absorb large quantities of it to form thick “water-in-oil” emulsions.
Impurities are less than 0.01%.
