STEVIGEL is a lubricant specially designed for laying pipes in all weathers, to significantly reduce jointing forces.

Entirely biodegradable.

STEVIGEL has been tested by the Laboratoire National d’Essais. It meets the specifications of standard NF EN 681-1: 1996, in terms of volume variation in oil and hardness on SBR rubber after ageing at 70°C. STEVIGEL is therefore harmless to rubber joints and guarantees the durability of assemblies in accordance with the requirements of standard NF EN 1916: 2002.

5 – Certificate :

Complies with the positive lists of the Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire (ACS). Eurofins certificate 20 CPL NY 034.

6 – Application :

Application of the lubricant varies according to the type of pipe, but as a general rule, the joint and the male end of the pipe should be thoroughly lubricated.

Temperature range: – 3°C to 40°C.

Close the bucket tightly after use.

7 – Storage :

Avoid storage for longer than 12 months and extreme temperatures above 50°C (product liquefaction).

Not affected by frost (crystallisation temperature -7°C).

8 – Standard packaging :

Fatty acid purified, sulphated and treated to give it a delayed solubility property.

2 – Application :

Lubricant designed to facilitate the fitting of all PVC pipes and fittings with rubber joints where the adhesion of the paste to a smooth body is delicate.

3 – Aspect :

White paste in foam form offering good visibility on black joints.

4 – Properties :

Delayed dissolution to withstand rain and stagnant water. AB153 paste can be completely removed when the pipe is rinsed.
AB153 paste has been tested by an independent laboratory. It meets the specifications of standard NF EN 681-1: 1996, in terms of volume variation in oil and hardness on SBR rubber after ageing at 70°C. AB153 Paste is therefore harmless to rubber joints and guarantees the durability of assemblies in accordance with the requirements of standard NF EN 1916: 2002.

5 – Purity & Food contact :

The components of AB153 paste belong to the families of products listed in brochure No. 1227 on materials in contact with foodstuffs and cleaning products for these materials.

6 – Storage :

Do not store for longer than 12 months. Store away from temperatures above 30°C.

S3F Paste has been tested by the Laboratoire National d’Essais. It meets the specifications of standard NF EN 681-1: 1996, in terms of volume variation in oil and hardness on SBR rubber after ageing at 70°C. S3F Paste is therefore harmless to rubber joints and guarantees the durability of assemblies in accordance with the requirements of standard NF EN 1916: 2002.

Lubricant application varies according to the type of pipe, but as a general rule, the joint and the spigot end should be thoroughly lubricated.

6 – Storage :

Avoid storage for longer than 12 months and temperatures above 50°C (product liquefies).

Not affected by frost (no change in performance in extreme cold).

ST2 Paste is a lubricant specially designed for laying pipes in damp environments, to significantly reduce jointing forces.

The organic part of the product is entirely biodegradable.

Pâte ST2 has been tested by the Laboratoire National d’Essais. It meets the specifications of standard NF EN 681-1: 1996, in terms of volume variation in oil and hardness on SBR rubber after ageing at 70°C. Paste ST2 is therefore harmless to rubber joints and guarantees the durability of assemblies in accordance with the requirements of standard NF EN 1916: 2002.

A slight coloured liquid supernatant may appear on the surface over time, but this does not alter the lubricating properties of ST2 Paste. The product should be mixed gently before use.

1 – Composition :

Speciality soap made from selected, pre-treated natural vegetable fats.

2 – Properties :

Mould release product for use pure or in aqueous dilution, specially adapted for concrete products. Safe to use and biodegradable

3 – Application :

2S Demoulder can be used neat or in dilution (between 1 part product to 9 parts water and 4 parts product to 6 parts water).

Dilution is simply a matter of stirring. The product and its mixture are applied either with a brush or sponge, or by spraying. If the diluted product is not used for a long time, it is recommended that you stir it again to obtain a perfectly homogenous mixture (water + 2S Demoulding Agent).

4 – Storage :

Avoid storage beyond 24 months.

Fears frost, risk of phase shift and gelling. In this case, simply reheat and mix the product to restore all its previous properties.

Available in 60-litre and 120-litre kegs

Delayed demoulding of concrete products and other materials.
1 – Composition :

Speciality soap made from selected, pre-treated natural vegetable fats.

2 – Properties :

Mould release agent for use pure or in water-based dilutions. Safe to use and biodegradable.

3 – Application :

3C Demoulding Agent can be used pure or in dilution (generally 1 part product to 1 part water). Dilution is simply a matter of stirring. The product or its mixture is applied either with a brush or sponge, or by spraying. If the diluted product is not to be used for a long time, it is advisable to stir it again to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixture (water + Demoulant 3C).

4 – Storage :

Avoid storage beyond 24 months. Protect from frost, risk of phase shift and gelling. In this case, simply reheat and mix the product to restore all its previous properties.

5 – Packaging :
